A stripped-down Pertex® Shield® waterproof jacket for all-round mountain protection, wherever you are.
Rab’s Downpour Plus Jacket is made from Pertex® Shield fabric, with a minimal design and a ‘regular’ fit that leaves room for a fleece midlayer underneath.
The Pertex Shield® 2.5 layer fabric, gives it high levels of breathability, making it great for long days walking on the hill.
Its low weight and bulk means that you can carry it as an emergency piece when you’re out in wet conditions – it stashes away into its own left pocket so you can easily include it with your kit.
Useful design details include its adjustable, helmet-compatible hood with roll-down closure, YKK AquaGuard® zips throughout, A-line chest pockets and internal storm  flap.
